Meadows Catalina is  family orientated . Our caregivers are guests to the Members we serve in residential settings and day programs. Our value is healthy relationships and partnerships in our communities where the rights of the Members we serve is to make choices, experience life and develop individuality to the fullest.

The Meadows Group Home offers services in unique settings incorporating an open door policy. We pride ourselves in professionalism, superior client care and the ability to uphold the rights of those we serve with dignity and respect. Family values are high on our priorities, while we invite families to join us for many special events throughout the year. Our main residential facility features over 4200 square feet of living area. Each resident enjoys a private bedroom and bathroom.

We feature several gatherings and functions throughout the year geared for Families, Guardians, friends and Consumers. .The Meadows Catalina main facility is located in the heart of the White Mountains of Arizona in Pinetop-Lakeside. Cool clean air surrounds us at an elevation of 7200 feet. Wildlife is abundant; in fact our nation’s Bald Eagle has made their home here several months throughout the year. The closest lake is less than 1 mile away and perfect for all types of water recreation, including fishing, boating or just relaxing and feeding the friendly ducks. Pinetop-Lakeside is bordered by , the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest, The Navajo Nation to the North and The White Mountain Apache Tribe to the South. All hold historical values which makes wonderful educational day trips.
